Počas letnej školy sú zabezpečené 

 

• raňajky v internáte Student Residence (Incheba),
• obedy na Filozofickej fakulte UK
• a väčšinu večerí si účastníci a účastníčky kupujú individuálne prostredníctvom stravných poukážok.

 

Poukážky sú akceptované v týchto reštauráciách a obchodoch s potravinami.

During the Summer School,

 

• breakfast is provided in the Student Residence (Incheba),
• lunches at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University
• and most dinners are purchased individually by the participants through food vouchers.

 

Vouchers are accepted at the following restaurants and grocery stores.

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v komplexe INCHEBA blízko centra na pravom brehu rieky Dunaj.  

The accommodation is located in the INCHEBA complex close to the city centre on the right bank of the Danube River. 

  

1. z VIEDNE / from VIENNA

Kúpte si lístok na zastávku BRATISLAVA – EINSTEINOVA a z tejto zastávky je to 850 metrov k budove internátu. (Autobusy FlixBus a Student Agency tu majú zastávku, autobusy Slovak Lines tu nestoja.)

Buy a ticket to the BRATISLAVA - EINSTEINOVA stop and from this stop it is 850 metres to the dormitory building. (FlixBus and Student Agency buses stop here, Slovak Lines buses do not stop here.)

2. z LETISKA / from Bratislava AIRPORT

Najjednoduchšie je ísť autobusom 61 z letiska na Hlavnú stanicu (24 minút, je to konečná zastávka) a odtiaľ autobusom 93 na zastávku Pri Sade (7 minút, 4 zastávky). Keď vystúpite, uvidíte areál Incheba a z tejto zastávky je to cca 1100 metrov k budove internátu.

The easiest way is to take bus 61 from the airport to the Main railway station - Hlavna stanica bus stop (24 minutes, it is the final stop) and from there take bus 93 to the Pri Sade bus stop (7 minutes, 4 stops). When you get off, you will see the Incheba complex and from this stop it is about 1100 meters to the dormitory building.

3. zo ŽELEZNIČNEJ stanice / from the TRAIN station (it is called HLAVNA STANICA)

Pôjdete autobusom 93 na zastávku Pri Sade (7 minút, 4 zastávky). Keď vystúpite, uvidíte areál Incheba a z tejto zastávky je to cca 1100 metrov k budove internátu.

Take bus 93 to the Pri Sade bus stop (7 minutes, 4 stops). When you get off, you will see the Incheba complex and from this stop it is about 1100 meters to the dormitory building.

4.  z AUTOBUSOVEJ stanice / from the BUS station (it is called MLYNSKE NIVY)

A: 20 minút autobusom, 12 minút pešo / 20 minutes by bus, 12 minutes on foot:

Pôjdete autobusom 88 na zastávku Einsteinova (20 minút, 14 zastávok). Keď vystúpite, prejdete cez nadchod na druhú stranu diaľnice, kde uvidíte areál Incheba. Z tejto zastávky je to cca 850 metrov k budove internátu.

Take bus 88 to the Einsteinova bus stop (20 minutes, 14 stops). When you get off, cross the overpass to the other side of the motorway, where you will see the Incheba complex. From this stop it is about 850 metres to the dormitory building.

B: 9 minút autobusom, 18 minút pešo / 9 minutes by bus, 18 minutes on foot:

Pôjdete autobusom 50 na zastávku OC Einsteinova (9 minút, 4 zastávky). Keď vystúpite, prejdete cez podchod na druhú stranu k areálu Incheba. Z tejto zastávky je to cca 1300 metrov k budove internátu.

Take bus 50 to the OC Einsteinova bus stop (9 minutes, 4 stops). When you get off, go through the underpass to the other side to the Incheba complex. From this stop it is about 1300 meters to the dormitory building.

5.  zo zastávky MOST SNP / from the bus stop MOST SNP 

Pôjdete autobusom 88 na zastávku Einsteinova (2 minúty, 1 zastávka). Keď vystúpite, uvidíte areál Incheba a z tejto zastávky je to cca 450 metrov k budove internátu.

Take bus 88 to the Einsteinova bus stop (2 minutes, 1 stop). When you get off, you will see the Incheba complex and from this stop it is about 450 meters to the dormitory building.

• REGISTRÁCIA/CHECK IN: NEDEĽA 27. júla 2025 od 09:00 (SEČ) / SUNDAY, July 27th, 2025 from 9am (CET)
• Na recepcii internátu budú v čase od 9:00 do 20:00 prítomné aj naše asistentky SAS, ktorým budete podpisovať ubytovací poriadok a pravidlá (BOZP). Následne si od recepčných prevezmete obálku, v ktorej bude kľúč od izby, karta na turniket a prístupové údaje k wifi. Obálku spolu s jej obsahom je potrebné pri odubytovaní vrátiť.

• There will be our SAS assistants present at the dormitory/hotel reception from 9:00am until 8pm and you will sign the accommodation rules and regulations (OHS). You will then receive an envelope from the receptionists containing your room key, turnstile card and wifi access details. The envelope and its contents must be returned upon check-out.

  Pri príchode si takisto vyberiete čas raňajok - 7.00-7.30 alebo 7.30-8.00, aby ste sa nestretli v jedálni všetci v rovnakom čase :)

  You also choose your breakfast time on arrival - 7.00-7.30am or 7.30-8.00am, so you don't all meet in the dining room at the same time :)

  Po prevzatí kľúča si, prosím, skontrolujte svoje izby a v prípade vážnych nedostatkov to ihneď ohláste na recepcii. Svojím podpisom ubytovacieho poriadku sa zaväzujete odovzdať izbu v takom stave, v akom ste ju prevzali.

  Please check your rooms after collecting your key and report any serious deficiencies to reception immediately. By signing the accommodation rules, you agree to hand over your room in the same condition as you received it.

  
  ODUBYTOVANIE/CHECK OUT: Sobota 16. augusta 2025 do 16:00 (SEČ) / Saturday, August 16th, 2025, until 4pm

• V prípade, že chcete pricestovať skôr ako v nedeľu alebo odcestovať neskôr ako v sobotu, kontaktujte, prosím, priamo internát na hotel@incheba.sk, uveďte "SR 27.7. - 16.8.2025" ako predmet, požiadajte o predĺženie svojho pobytu a doplňte termín a čas svojho príchodu/odchodu. In case you want to check in earlier than Sunday or check out later than Saturday, please contact the dormitory directly at hotel@incheba.sk, include "SR 27.7. - 16.8.2025" as the subject, request an extension of the stay and indicate the date and time of arrival or departure.

 PLATBA/PAYMENT: Platba je možná v hotovosti alebo kartou na recepcii hotela. Payment is possible by cash and by card at the dormitory reception.

• INTERNET: Izby disponujú wi-fi pripojením, ktoré je však pomalé, odporúčame preto priniesť si kábel na internet. There is an internet connection in the rooms, but wi-fi connection sometimes is slow, so it useful do bring a network cable.
• IZBA/ROOM: Na každej izbe je chladnička. Uteráky nie sú súčasťou ubytovania. Na každom poschodí je zariadená kuchynka. Na internáte je možné použiť študovňu, práčovňu a telocvičňu. Použitie práčovne je spoplatnené - platba kartou. Posteľnú bielizeň je možné meniť 1x za pobyt - informujte sa na recepcii. There is a refrigerator in every room. Towels are not included in the accommodation service. There is a fully equipped kitchen on each floor. You can use the study room, laundry room and gym. There is a charge for laundry service and payment is possible only by card. You can change your bed linen once during your stay. Check with the dormitory reception for this option.

Registration for the Summer school will take place in the building of the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava, address: 2 Gondova

Budeme vás čakať na prvom poschodí, vo veľkom átriu v strede budovy.

We will be waiting for you on the first floor, in the large atrium in the centre of the building.

 

Registráciu sme rozdelili na 4 stanovištia: 

A - registrácia na kurz a kontrola údajov (všetci účastníci letnej školy okrem programu KRAJ a ZEaZ)

B - výber exkurzie (všetci štipendisti)

C - prevzatie lístkov na obed (všetci štipendisti)

D - registrácia programu KRAJ a ZEaZ 

 

We divided the registration into 4 stations: 

A - course registration and data check (all summer school participants except for KRAJ and ZEaZ programs)

B - signing up for the fiel trip (all scholarship participants)

C - lunch tickets (all scholarship participants)

D - registration for KRAJ and ZEaZ programs only

In the atrium you will also find lists of study groups on the information panels.

 

 

Po registrácii sa môžete presunúť do svojich tried a od 9.30 začína prvý jazykový kurz. Zároveň máte počas prvých dvoch dní stále možnosť zmeniť skupinu, stačí sa poradiť so svojím lektorom alebo lektorkou a potom môžete ísť vyskúšať vyššiu alebo nižšiu jazykovú úroveň.

After registration, you can move to your classes and the first language course starts at 9.30am. During the first two days you still have the possibility to change your group, just check with your teacher and then you can go to a higher or lower language level. 

 

Celý program prvého dňa LŠ zverejníme v polovici júla 2025. 

Full programme of the first day od Summer school we will publish in the middle of July 2025. 

 

DRESS CODE 

Oblečte sa (podľa možnosti) elegantne na otvárací ceremoniál letnej školy (nemôžu byť džínsy a tričká, ale nemusí byť oblek s kravatou – v poriadku je košeľa, nohavice, sukňa, šaty, blúzka).

Take / wear an official clothes for the summer school opening ceremony (you should not be wearing jeans or t-shirt, but you dont need to have an evening dress or suit – shirt, trousers, skirt, blouse, casual dress is all right).
