Elaboration of a conception of education towards equal opportunities on the bases of Gender Mainsteaming

 

The main aim of the project is to elaborate an innovative conception of education towards equal opportunities of women and men as a precondition of eliminating current unequalities on the labour market. As the starting point of the elaboration of the conception of education will be a research on gender stereotypes existing within the institutions of higher education as well as in the practice. The elaborated conception of education will be tested through several pilot courses taught at universities and through gender trainings for employees and unemployed people. As an important part of the project a "Gendes Studies Summer School" will be organized. Syllaby, study texts and various study materials will be aleborated as well.
