Since this application is still under beta testing, you might encounter some unexpected behavior. Here are solutions for some common issues:

1 Application Won't Start

Solution :   Try renaming the "goucat.data" file to something else (e.g., "goucat.data.old"). This will reset the application's data. Relaunch the application.   Important:   This action will erase your current data. However, you can potentially restore it from the latest backup in the "Cache" folder (refer to the Backup section for details).

2 File Won't Open from File History  

Solution:   Attempt to open the backup file created automatically. These backups are stored in the "Temp" folder.

3 Registration Issues

Solution:   Verify your internet connection is stable. An active internet connection is required for registration.

4 Online Segment Translation Not Working 

Solution:   Check your internet connection. Additionally, the online translation service might be temporarily unavailable.

Notice: Beta Version with Known Bugs 

We're currently in the beta testing phase, and you might encounter some bugs while using the application. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to identify and fix these issues.

Known Bug:

  • OneDrive Path Issues: An error occurs when opening files stored in your OneDrive cloud storage.

Workaround:

For now, we recommend saving your translation files locally on your device instead of OneDrive to avoid this error.
