Doplnkový študijný materiál
V rámci projektu Múzejná a galerijná pedagogika vo Vyšehradskom regióne 1 a 2 realizovanému Katedrou dejín výtvarného umenia FiF UK vďaka podpore medzinárodného vyšehradského fondu boli pre študentov ako doplnkový študijný materiál cielene vybrané vzorové pracovné listy k výstave výtvarného umenia a to z projektu Obrázky z výstavy. Je to 11 listov, ktoré spracovali študenti v kontexte konkrétneho výstavného projektu. Pracovné materiály pripravila doc. Mária Fulková (ČR).
Múzejná a galerijná pedagogika vo Vyšehrádskom regióne I a II
S odstupom jedného roku sme pre študentov dejín umenia pripravili druhý ročník úspešného grantového voliteľného predmetu bakalárskeho študijného programu na FiF UK venovaného aktuálnym otázkam a praxi súčasnej galerijnej pedagogiky.
Študentom poskytne základné poznatky z teórie galerijnej a múzejnej pedagogiky, ako aj vedomosti o metódach sprostredkovania umeleckého artefaktu v krajinách V4.
Nadobudnuté teoretické vedomosti budú ďalej rozpracované v praktických workshopoch realizovaných v priestoroch Slovenskej národnej galérií v Bratislave. Obsah i realizácia tohto kurzu sú založené na intenzívnej spolupráci s dvoma zahraničnými pedagógmi: Doc. Máriou Fulkovou (Pedagogická fakulta, Karlova univerzita Praha, ČR) a Prof. Andreou Kárpáti (Centrum pre vedeckú komunikáciu a UNESCO inštitút pre multimédiá vo vzdelávaní, Univerzita Loránda Eötvösa v Budapešti, HU).
Kurz bude realizovaný v anglickom, slovenskom a českom jazyku. Výučba predmetu bude prebiehať blokovo, sylaby sú dostupné v pôvodnej anglickej verzii nižšie.

Konferencia "Non-conformist art under socialism ...", 2. 3. 2022
Pozývame vás na konferenciu "Non-conformist art under socialism in Central Eastern Europe and its transnational networks: parallel structures, communicating channels and nodes", ktorú skoncipovala a zorganizovala Dr. A. Euringer Bátorová. Konferencia sa uskutoční 2. marca 2022 (online) a je súčasťou vedecko-výskumného projektu Visegrad Strategy Grant "Resonances: Regional and Transregional Cultural Transfer in the Art of the 1970s."

1/ Introduction to the course (1,5-hour block) – 24.9.2020
This block brings brief insight into history of educational role of museums, relation between pedagogy and museology and basic course terminology. Participants will also have a chance to consider the visitor status, gallery possibilities in art mediation and work with public.
2/ Introduction to the discipline (1,5-hour block) – 1.10.2020
The main aim of the lecture is to present pedagogical bases of the concept of gallery pedagogy and the ways of effective learning. Artwork as a tool of communication and sensual contact as a way to perceiving artworks as a whole.
3/ Interpretation strategies (1,5-hour block) – 8.10.2020
This block will discuss different approaches to the artworks. Some examples from the world art museums will be presented.
4/ Object of education (1,5-hour block) – 15.10.2020
This block will develop knowledge of interpretation strategies for different objective categories in more practical way. It will present intertextual learning, how integrate “sectional themes” in art museums. Attendants will apply theory of interpretation of artwork by Gardner theory of multiple intelligences.
5/ Different types of educational formats (1,5-hour block) – 22.10.2020
The increasing active role of visitor, typology of programs and their theoretical and practical content also will be discussed. Practical activity is focused on researching target groups of accompanying programs in museums and galleries.
6/ Introduction to the pedagogy (1,5-hour block) – 29.10.2020
This block brings brief insight into history of pedagogy. Some pedagogic strategies especially from informal education will be discussed.
7/ Constructivist pedagogy (1,5-hour block) – 5.11.2020

This block will discuss generation differences. We will talk more about specifics of work with adults, about need of intergenerational learning, about advantages of oral history and about need and benefits of practical interpretation in communication with adults.
13/ Evaluation and review (1,5-hour block) – 18.12.2020
In the end of winter term each attendant has to present special “warm-up” – an activation of sensual reception focused on selected artwork. During the winter term, each participant has to make research about educational activities of regional museum or art museum, make a short review and a proposal of conception of educational programs.

Winter term 2018/2019

This block brings brief insight into history of educational role of museums, relation between pedagogy and museology and basic course terminology. Introduction to the discipline (3-hour block at SNG) / 11. 10. 2018
The main aim of the lecture is to present pedagogical bases of the concept of gallery pedagogy as constructionist pedagogy and also the ways of effective learning. Artwork as a tool of communication and sensual contact as a way to perceiving artworks as a whole. Practical activity is focused on analyze of gallery animation structure in exhibition of Slovak National Gallery.
Multimedia applications in museum learning and their impact on the appreciation of art (6-hour block + 3-hour lecture at SNG) prof. Andrea Kárpáti / 24. - 25. 10. 2018
This block will present some aspects of intervention to the exhibitions by educative multimedia applications. In case of multimedia, examples will be derived both Slovakian and international exhibitions.
Art Education in the Gallery (6-hour block + 3-hour lecture at SNG) doc. Marie Fulková / 14. - 15. 11. 2018
The block will explore ways of personal experience with art-perceiving through workshops at Bratislava´s galleries. These activities will be communicated and theoretically contextualized. Using strategy of pedagogical constructivism and context-driven, object based student projects will develop an effective educational vehicle to motivate and enhance the contemporary experience of art education, creativity and subjectivity.
Object of education (3-hour block at SNG) / 29. 11. 2018
This block will develop knowledge of interpretation strategies for different objective categories in more practical way. It will present intertextual learning, how integrate “sectional themes” in art museums. Attendants will apply theory of interpretation of artwork by Gardner theory of multiple intelligences. The most important part of this block will aim on indication of the object of educational program, on brief selection of particular topic and problem.
Implementation and review (3-hour block at SNG) / 13. 12. 2018
This block will aim on entity learning – interpretation of an artifact necessary for education by art. Attendants will train proposing questions and we will discuss the mentality of gallery educator. In the end of winter term each attendant has to present special “warm-up” – an activation of sensual reception focused on selected artwork. During the winter term each participant has to make research about educational activities of regional museum or art museum, make a short review and a proposal of conception of educational programs.

Evaluation of exhibitions by professionals and by audience members (6-hour block + 3-hour lecture at SNG) prof. Andrea Kárpáti / 26.-27. 3. 2019
This block will discuss the evaluation of exhibition to improve future exhibits and how records of the experiences of audience members can be used by museum educators. Topic will be more oriented in practice and also in educational theory context.
Art Education in the Gallery (6-hour block + 3-hour lecture at SNG) doc. Marie Fulková / 28. – 29.3.2019
The second block of doc. Fulková will continue the theoretically contextualized exploration of ways of personal experience with art-perceiving through workshops at Bratislava´s galleries. Using strategy of pedagogical constructivism and context-driven, object based student projects will develop an effective educational vehicle to motivate and enhance the contemporary experience of art education, creativity and subjectivity. The main aim is to create a collaborative and dialogical model of art education for selected group of users.
Intergenerational learning (3-hour block at SNG) 11.4.2019

Galérie ako miesta kontaktov / Gallery as a Place for Contacts
Srdečne vás pozývame na diskusiu o aktuálnych prístupoch v galerijnom vzdelávaní Galérie ako miesta kontaktov s odborníčkami v oblasti sprístupňovania umenia Marií Fulkovou, Andreou Kárpáti a Marcelou Kvetkovou. Diskutovať budú o aktuálnych cieľoch a metódach galerijného vzdelávania, komunikácii umenia so špeciálnymi skupinami a o interaktívnom sprostredkovaní výstav.
Moderovaná diskusia v anglickom jazyku sa koná v stredu 27.3.2019 o 18.00 v kaviarni Berlinka vďaka finančnej podpore Vyšehradského fondu ako súčasť kurzu Galerijná a múzejná edukácia vo vyšehradskom regióne Katedry dejín výtvarného umenia Filozofickej fakulty Univerzity Komenského. Vstup na podujatie je voľný.
Konferencia galerijnej pedagogiky
Dňa 25. apríla 2018 sa uskutoční konferencia galerijnej pedagogiky, ktorú pripravuje Slovenská národná galéria, Kunsthalle Bratislava. Počas dňa prebehnú prednášky a praktické cvičenia aj s odborníkmi, ktorí sa podieľajú na Medzinárodnom kurze muzeálnej a galerijnej pedagogiky na Katedre dejín výtvarného umenia FiF UK v Bratislave. Tento kurz bol podporený International Visegrad Foundation.

Nový voliteľný predmet bakalárskeho študijného programu dejín umenia na FiF UK študentom poskytne základné poznatky z teórie galerijnej a múzejnej pedagogiky, ako aj vedomosti o metódach sprostredkovania umeleckého artefaktu v krajinách V4.

Kurz bude realizovaný v anglickom, slovenskom a českom jazyku. Výučba predmetu bude prebiehať blokovo, sylaby sú dostupné v pôvodnej anglickej verzii.
Seminár pozostáva z teoretických blokov a praktických workshopov. V teoretickej časti si študent osvojí základné metódy vzdelávania umením (aj na základe analýzy vybraných príkladov). V praktickej časti pracuje na vlastnom malom modelovom programe pre galériu/múzeum.

- základné metódy a nástroje sprístupňovania vizuálneho umenia
- prezentácia súčasných pedagogických teórií uplatňujúcich sa v galerijnom prostredí s akcentom na oblasť V4
- kritická reflexia edukačných modelov v galerijnej a múzejnej edukácií (Doc. M. Fulková)
- socio-kultúrne teórie vzdelávania (L. Kartzewski, PhD.)
