The Department of Archaeology and Cultural Anthropology cordially invite you to a research colloquium 'Social Networks, Kinship Practices, and Community Organization in the Early Copper Age Carpathian Basin', as part of the speaker series of Club Archaeologia Istropolitana. Our speaker is Dr. Zsuszanna Siklósi from Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. The copper age is a period of fundamental social and technological changes in Central Europe. Using ancient DNA, burial data and archaeometry, aspects of biological and social relatedness and the role of external social networks are expanded and enhanced.
