Project results
As part of the BELONG project we have prepared the following
1. A survey on student and staff well-being/sense of belonging at project partner institutions
2. A situational map of the current state of student and staff well-being and inclusiveness at project partner institutions
3. An action plan to enhance student and staff well-being and inclusiveness at project partner institutions
The map and the plan are comprised from the following parts
a) comparative report of all five project partners
b) maps and plans for individual project partners
4. A curriculum of a course for faculty members on inclusive teaching
5. A curriculum of a Master’s course on professional writing and communication with employers
Results of the mapping will be published on this website and in academic articles.
We now work to produce the following results:
6. A study into the results of the interventions aimed at enhanced inclusiveness, student & staff well-being with a specific attention to PhD students
7. A study exploring the trust dimension of inclusiveness and well-being
8. A report on the outcomes of a course improving MA students’ professional writing
9. A report on using scholarship of teaching and learning as a method for overcoming the barriers from the teaching context so that teachers can continuously improve own teaching practice
10. A communication strategy to promote the issues of wellbeing and inclusiveness.
