WP2 Quality teaching

The WP2 aims to enhance the quality of HE teaching and learning from the educators' and students' perspectives to address the complex challenges associated with healthy city/region including environmental sustainability, well-being, and productive collaboration in interdisciplinary and diverse settings. To attain these objectives, we work to

• design a Professional Development programme for HE teachers and pilot it with two cohorts of teachers from Comenius Unviersity Bratislava and Slovak University of Technology. The course is to help them to use GenAI in their teaching and facilitate ethical and effective use of GenAI for the students.
• undertake a survey of teacher needs related to the use of GenAI
• prepare and offer ten and more workshops on using GenAI, digital tools and novel approaches in HE teaching.
• organise a conference where teachers graduating from the programme can present the outcomes of new ways of student learning 
• evaluate the programme impact based on the feedback from the first cohort of participants and other data as interviews, observations and examples of student work delivered during the programme.
