Slovak Language Centre in USA

Studia Academica Slovaca participates in a project by the Faculty of Philosophy of Comenius University in Bratislava in cooperation with California University of Pennsylvania. The goal of the project is to open a Slovak Language Centre in USA. Activities of the Centre will be focused on the promotion and teaching of Slovak language in USA, especially in states with denser population with Slovak nationality (Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey). The Centre will create conditions for teaching Slovak as a foreign language on a college level in the form of distance studies as well as regular courses.
