Viktória Halajová - PhD student

 She was born in Kežmarok and graduated from the Gymnasium of St. Francis of Assisi in Levoča. She completed her bachelor studies in archives in 2022 with the thesis Epigraphic monuments of the Rožňava district until the year 1650 (Cehuľová, Viktória). She also continued her epigraphic research in Gemer and Malohont in her diploma thesis Epigraphic monuments of the districts Revúca and Rimavská Sobota until the year 1650 (Cehuľová, Viktória), which she successfully completed in the year 2024.

Since September 2024, she has been an internal PhD student at the Department of Archives and Museology and has been researching historical inscriptions of Gemer, Malohont and Zvolen region, which were created in the Middle Ages and early modern period. At the same time, she works part-time at the Registry Office of the Faculty of Arts, where she is engaged in inventorying documents produced by departments and teachers in the 20th century.
