The Centre for Scholarship and Teaching

The Centre for Scholarship and Teaching's mission is to support teachers from the Faculty of Arts Comenius University Bratislava through the following activities:

academic development courses
workshops that present innovative teaching methods
individual consultations with teachers
conferences and other events that help advance quality of higher education
pedagogical conversations
research, for example, in the area of impact of active learning methods
recognition and reward of excellent teachers
support of application of results from the student survey into pedagogical practice
cooperation with local and foreign partners
other activities that enhance teachers' skills such as academic writing and working with educational technologies.

We offer service mostly to teachers from Comenius University but we also do workshops and training to other institutions.
