About me

I studied psychology at the Department of Psychology, FIF UK, where I am currently working as an internal PhD student. My research focuses on digital detox, especially in the work context, and I am interested in its implications for employee well-being and behavior. I am fascinated by how we can increase well-being and work performance, and conversely reduce stress or burnout, through the judicious regulation of digital technologies. Work is really high on my list of values, so I'm grateful to be able to contribute to its improvement through research.
