About me

Since graduation, I have remained faithful to the field of occupational psychology, and so for more than 10 years I have been involved in consultancy work, particularly in the area of employee selection and development, with a focus on the use of assessment methods. I take care of complex management of development projects or talent-management projects. I help companies with the creation, redesign, and implementation of competency models into company processes. Typical for me is the acceptance of a diversity of personalities and opinions and the search for their synergies. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere that I try to create as a consultant in work activities for clients and my team, but equally for students in the classroom.
